A MAN is being prosecuted for alleged sex attacks on two women at a McDonald’s fast food restaurant.
Matthew Blair is said to have forced himself on the women, who can’t be named for legal reasons, at the McDonald’s branch at the Phoenix Retail Park in Linwood Road, Paisley.
Prosecutors claim Blair, 24, repeatedly abused the women between March 5 and April 22 last year.
He faces two charges and the case against him called for the first time at Paisley Sheriff Court.
The first charge states that, on March 5, he sexually assaulted a woman at the McDonald’s branch and in Linwood Road, Paisley, and the A761.
It is claimed he made a sexual remark to her, handled her buttocks, pinned her against a wall, kissed her, repeatedly touched her private parts and tried to undo her belt.
The second charge states he sexually assaulted another woman on April 22 at the same McDonald’s outlet by repeatedly striking her buttocks with his hand and touching her private parts.
Blair, of Inverness, was not present in court as the case against him was continued without plea until next month for prosecutors to disclose CCTV evidence.
