Driving tests suspended for three months
DRIVING tests held in Linwood have been postponed for three months due to the coronavirus crisis.
A sign, placed on the Driving Test Candidate Wait Room advised that the driving test centre near to the Phoenix retail Park, would be closed and tests would be ‘postponed’, including car driving tests, motorcycle tests, lorry, coach and bus driving tests and approved driving instructor tests.
This comes due to the unfolding COVID-19 situation.
On the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) website, it states that theory tests will be suspended until April 20 this year and driving tests will be postponed for ‘up to three months’.
