HUNDREDS of cannabis plants worth more than £150,000 were discovered in a drugs factory.
Cops raided the building at number 13 Scott's Road, in Paisley, in the Scott's Road Industrial Estate earlier today.
Officers swooped on the property at around 1pm after being tipped off by a member of the public about a smell of cannabis coming from the warehouse.
Police are still counting the haul but believe they have found more than 800 plants with an approximate street value of £160,000.
No arrests have been made at the time of writing.
Inspector Kayley Teasdale, based in Renfrew, told The Gazette: "This is a brilliant find for our officers and we thank the member of the public for their information.
"We will continue to act on every piece of information offered from the community. We will be relentless in our pursuit of drug dealers and aim to make their life as unhappy as they are making those around them."
