STAFF at the Asda store at the Phoenix Retail Park are to get an extra week’s pay as thanks for their efforts during the Covid-19 outbreak.
The bonus for employees working around the clock to keep shelves filled will be paid in June.
An Asda spokesman said: “All colleagues playing their part to serve customers in these unprecedented times will receive an additional week’s pay to thank them for their hard work.”
