POLICE have appealed for information after thieves targeted a waste management depot in Linwood.

The crooks stole various goods from a cabin at the Viridor site in Middleton Road.

It is believed the theft took place sometime between 6.15pm and 7.15pm on Wednesday, April 8.

Footage from a CCTV system covering the area shows five people entering the yard during this time and the windows of the cabin appear to have been smashed to gain entry.

Among the goods taken during the raid were walkie-talkies and mobile phones.

Anyone with information is asked to call the police on 101.
