The biker who died in a horror crash involving an Audi in the East End has been identified, police can reveal.
Ian Wyatt, from Glasgow, was the rider of the black Honda motorbike involved in the Baillieston Interchange collision on Saturday afternoon.
The 45-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. Nobody else was injured.
Sergeant Roy McCarney, of the Road Policing Unit, said: “Our thoughts remain with Mr Wyatt's family and friends at this difficult time.
“We are continuing with inquiries to establish the full circumstances of the collision and we would like to speak to anyone who witnessed what happened who has not already spoken to officers.
“In particular we would like to speak to anyone who may have dash-cam footage that could help with our inquiries to get in touch.
"Anyone who can help our investigation is asked to call Police Scotland on 101, quoting incident 2666 of Saturday, 30 May."
