A Bridgeton street has been closed off as emergency services have been rushed to an ongoing incident.
Police officers and a fire and rescue crew have been rushed to the scene on Reid Street.
The force have confirmed the incident curred in a single property along the street and there is no risk to the wider public.
A 42-year-old man has been arrested.
A spokesman said: "Police Scotland was made aware of a disturbance at a property on Reid Street in Glasgow shortly after 4.35pm on Thursday, 2 July.
"A 42-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the incident.
"Nobody was injured. The incident was contaned to a single property and there was no risk to the wider public."
