POLICE have appealed for help to find a missing teenager with links to Renfrewshire.

Liam Howie, 16, was last seen near Newport-on-Tay, Fife, on Saturday, June 20.

He is around 5ft 2ins in height with a slim build, short dark hair and blue eyes.

He is known to usually wear tracksuit trousers and hooded tops with trainers.

Extensive enquiries have been carried out and officers believe Liam may be in the Renfrewshire, Inverclyde and Ayrshire areas.

Officers are appealing for anyone who may have seen Liam or who has any information or knowledge as to his whereabouts to contact police via 101, quoting incident number 4775 of 20 June, 2020.
