Lochlip Road, in Lochwinnoch, closed this afternoon after the River Calder broke its banks earlier today.
Renfrewshire Council has now confirmed the A760 road through the village is also closed due to flooding.
There have been reports from locals in Lochwinnoch of multiple fire crews attending the scene.

The council has said Linwood Toll at Ferguslie and Lounsdale Road, in Paisley, are also badly affected.
A yellow warning for rain until midnight tonight has been issued by the Met Office, who have warned that bus and train services are likely to be disrupted, with journey times taking longer.
Spray and flooding could lead to difficult driving conditions and more road closures.
The flooding follows on from similar weather disruption in Renfrewshire last week, when heavy rain caused train delays between Johnstone and Milliken Park.
