VETERANS' charity Erskine has taken its annual art exhibition online.
The Art for Erskine Online Auction and Sale runs until Thursday, August 27, giving people the chance to enjoy the event from the comfort of home.
A wide selection of contemporary artwork is on offer, with each sale raising vital funds towards supporting veterans at Erskine’s four care homes.
Graham McKean, who is among the artists whose work is featured in the online exhibition, said: “I am proud to support Erskine in any way I can.
“My grandfather, Hugh McKean, was himself rescued from the beaches of Dunkirk during World War Two and went on to be part of the first British troops to liberate Bergen-Belsen concentration camp in Germany.
“I will always have the utmost respect for the part servicemen and women play in conflicts past and present.’’
Erskine’s events manager Jennifer Campbell added: “This is a fantastic opportunity to own a piece of art and help Erskine raise vital funds for our veterans.
“We are extremely grateful to our exhibiting artists for their support.”
