Ard Road in Renfrew
A MAN has been arrested for assault following a disturbance in Renfrew.
Police were called to Ard Road at around 11.40pm on Friday after the 20-year-old suspect reportedly punched a 40-year-old woman in the face.
She suffered minor injuries but did not need hospital treatment.
The man was taken into custody and is due to appear in court today.
