Curlew Place in Johnstone
A MAN has been charged with wilful fireraising after two cars were set alight in Johnstone.
Emergency services rushed to the scene when the parked Renault and BMW vehicles were found ablaze in Curlew Place at around 8.20pm on Wednesday.
Both cars were badly damaged but it is understood that no-one was injured.
A 20-year-old suspect was later taken into custody following an investigation carried out by detectives.
He is due to appear in Paisley Sheriff Court today.
