TWO girls who disappeared from Renfrew have been found safe and well.
The alarm was raised by police after Lara Ann Bennett and Ava Galvin, both aged 12, were last seen on Monday afternoon.
Hundreds of people shared their appeal as concern grew for the girls' wellbeing.
A police spokesperson said: "Thank you very much for sharing our appeal on 12 year-old Lara Ann Bennett and Ava Galvin, who were reported missing from Renfrew.
"Both girls were traced earlier today, Tuesday, September 15, and are safe and well."
