POLICE are hunting a thug who attacked a pensioner in a Renfrewshire street.
The yob attacked the 67-year-old man next to a bus stop in Maxwellton Road, Paisley, at around 11.45pm on Saturday after they had been involved in an argument.
The victim has taken to the town’s Royal Alexandra Hospital, where he received treatment for a cut to his head and an injury to his arm.
Police are treating the incident as a serious assault and are appealing for witnesses or anyone with information to contact them on 101.
