A WOMAN has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal for an alleged drink-driving offence in Bridge of Weir.
Police went to Livery Walk at around 8.30pm on Saturday after receiving a report that a driver was behind the wheel of a black Seat Altea while under the influence of alcohol.
The 56-year-old woman reportedly failed a roadside breath test and it is alleged that, after being taken to a police station, was found to be four times over the drink-drive limit.
She was released on an undertaking and is due to appear in court at a later date.
