AN eyewitness has described the scene of a "really bad" crash on a busy Renfrewshire road.

Police attended the scene on the A737, near Lochwinnoch, at around 9am this morning after a car collided with another vehicle.

The eyewitness, who asked not to be named, told The Gazette: "Looked like a really bad crash at the Roadhead Roundabout at Lochwinnoch.

"A big Jaguar looked all smashed up. It was up at the bus stop with its bumper and lights all smashed. Police were there.

"Only seemed to be one car, so either the other has driven off or it's hit something else."
