A TEENAGER has been charged with assault and breach of the peace following a disturbance in Linwood.
It is claimed the 18-year-old tried to punch members of the public, including two men, aged 37 and 38, and a 42-year-old woman, in Clippens Road at around 1.45pm on Saturday.
He also allegedly pushed a cyclist off a bike after getting involved in an argument with a family but was then ushered away by another passer-by.
It is understood that no-one was injured.
While carrying out enquiries into the incident, a suspect was identified by police and he was arrested on Monday morning.
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
