POLICE have appealed for help to find a missing man with links to Kilmacolm.
Michael Gallacher, 36, was last seen near Kilcreggan View, in Greenock, at around noon on Tuesday.
He is described as white, 5ft 11ins tall and very slim with brown/ginger coloured hair.
When last seen, he was wearing a grey and blue coloured jacket, denim trousers and white training shoes.
Extensive enquiries are being carried out and officers believe Michael may have travelled to Kilmacolm.
He has not gone missing before and police have urged him to contact either his family or officers to let them know he is safe and well.
Anyone who may have seen Michael or who has any information or knowledge as to his whereabouts is asked to contact police via 101, quoting incident number 1098 of February 16.
