A MAN has been charged after police recovered drugs from a house in Johnstone.
Officers armed with a search warrant swooped on the property in Ladeside Drive at around 5pm on Saturday.
It is claimed that 150g of herbal cannabis, with an estimated street value of around £3,000, was recovered during the search, along with drug paraphernalia.
Bottles believed to contain a liquid form of cannabis known as THC syrup were also found and these have been sent for analysis.
Police said a 37-year-old man has been charged in connection with the alleged supply of drugs.
A second man found in the property will be interviewed by police at a later date.
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
