A BURST pipe that left scores of Erskine residents without water has now been repaired.
Scottish Water engineers have fixed a 4 inch water main in Semphill Avenue yesterday, which had resulted in water supply disruption for many villagers.
Normal supplies to affected properties have now been restored.
A Scottish Water spokesperson said: "The repair to the 4" burst water main in Semphill Avenue, Erskine was successfully completed at around 9pm last night.
"Normal supplies returned to affected customers a short time later.
"Once again, we’d like to thank them for their patience and understanding."
