TWO men have been issued with a fixed penalty notice for flouting lockdown restrictions at a house in Johnstone.
Police were called to the Ryefield Avenue property at around 11.10pm on Tuesday after receiving a report of people breaching coronavirus regulations.
Covid tickets were issued to two men and those in attendance were dispersed by officers.
Anyone who flouts the rules on indoor gatherings during lockdown can expect to receive a £60 penalty.
The fine rises to £120 for a second ticket, £240 for a third and £480 for a fourth.
Depending on the circumstances, the offender could also face a charge of culpable and reckless conduct.
