McDonald's restaurant at the Phoenix Retail Park
POLICE are appealing for information after a refuse worker was attacked by a thug at a Renfrewshire retail park.
The 19-year-old victim was kicked while he was walking through a car park next to the McDonald's restaurant at the Phoenix Retail Park, on the outskirts of Paisley, at around 10am on Wednesday.
It is understood the assault took place after the council worker refused a request from a man in a white van to dispose of his rubbish.
Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information is asked to call officers on 101.
