POLICE have appealed for help to find a teenager who has disappeared from Johnstone.
Gary Smith, 15, was last seen in Floors Street at around 12.15pm on Friday and is believed to have travelled to Glasgow city centre area by train.
He is described as around 5ft 4ins tall with black hair. When last seen, he was wearing a black North Face jacket, black tracksuit bottoms and black and grey trainers.
Sergeant Callum MacTaggart said: "We are becoming increasingly concerned for Gary's welfare and want to ensure he is safe and well. He is known to frequent the Glasgow city centre, Paisley and Clydebank areas. We believe he may have taken a train to Glasgow.
"If you have seen Gary, or have any knowledge of his whereabouts, please contact police on 101, quoting reference number 1561 of June 4."
