HUNDREDS of people lined the banks of the Clyde to bid farewell to a cruise ship that had been moored in Renfrew for more than a year.
The Azamara Quest had made King George V docks its home since June 2020, alongside sister ships Azamara Pursuit and Azamara Journey, due to the pandemic.
Only a skeleton crew had remained on the vessel and, as it glided past Braehead and under the Erskine Bridge on Monday, they waved goodbye to the crowds.
Dates for the departure of her sister ships have yet to be announced.
