THIS is the moment a dog ran on the pitch and managed to save a goal before running off again.
Ferguslie Star AFC took on Vale of Leven Amateurs last night in Alexandria in a sectional tie in the Greater Glasgow Premier AFL's FN Teamwear President's League Cup.
A Paisley striker kicked the ball past the Vale keeper, for what looked like a third goal - but a nearby pooch entered the field and cleared the shot.

The ball was kicked back in the goal, but it was disallowed by the referee. The match ended 3-2 to Vale of Leven.
