RENFREW Football Club have parted company with manager Colin Clark.

The split was confirmed this morning after Clark's team were beaten 7-3 by Ardeer Thistle at New Western Park on Saturday.

A Renfrew spokesperson said: "After last night's committee meeting, Renfrew FC can confirm that Colin Clark has left his position as first team manager.

"We would like to thank Colin for his many years of service to the club both as a player and manager.

"Jimmy Quigley, Ryan Borris and Iain Nicolson will guide the first team on an interim basis until interviews for a new manager have been concluded."

Renfrew's next match is against Newmains United at Victoria Park on Saturday, with kick-off at 2pm.
