A MAN has been arrested following an alleged road rage incident in Renfrewshire.
The incident took place near the McDonald's restaurant at the Phoenix Retail Park, on the outskirts of Paisley, at around 7.30pm on Thursday.
It is claimed that a 40-year-old man got out of his vehicle and was involved in a heated argument with another driver.
Police were called to the scene and the suspect was taken into custody.
He was charged with breach of the peace and possession of a knife.
A report has been sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
