AN investigation has been launched after the front door of a Renfrewshire home was deliberately set alight.
The incident took place at a property in Ferguslie Walk, Paisley, at around 11pm on Saturday.
Police said there were no injuries and enquiries are ongoing.
Detective Constable Gary Bruce said: “Thankfully no-one was injured as a result of this reckless act.
“I am appealing to anyone who was in the area at the time and who witnessed anything suspicious, or who has information that may assist us to get in touch.”
