A DRAMA group based in Renfrewshire are hoping to make a splash next month with their adaption of a classic Disney film.
Members of Paisley Musical and Operatic Society (PMOS) are taking audiences under the sea with their production of the 1989 musical The Little Mermaid.
Performances will take place at the Beacon Arts Centre, in Greenock, from Tuesday, August 9 to Saturday, August 13, starting at 7.30pm.
There are also Wednesday and Saturday matinees, which both begin at 2.30pm.
A spokesperson for the event said: "Featuring the much-loved songs Under the Sea, Kiss the Girl, Poor Unfortunate Souls and, of course, the stunning Part of Your World, this Disney classic is one for all the family to enjoy.
"Young or old, you’ll be swept away so come and join Ariel and her friends under the sea for an unforgettable adventure."
