A MOTORCYCLIST was taken to hospital after suffering serious injuries in a crash in Brookfield.
The incident took place in Bridge of Weir Road at around 7.10pm on Friday.
Police said a 66-year-old biker was badly hurt after colliding with a car.
He was taken by ambulance to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, in Glasgow, for treatment.
The road was temporarily closed before reopening at around 10.55pm.
