All roads will lead to Erskine later this month as bikers from across the country raise funds for Scotland's largest veterans charity.

The Erskine Motorbike Meet takes place on Sunday, May 28, from 1pm to 5pm.

More than 1,000 bikers, trikers and riders will take part in a spectacular parade, departing from Park Mains High on its way to Erskine Veterans Village ahead of an action-packed family fun day of entertainment, market stalls and street food.

There will also be several Star Wars costumed walk-arounds and a military display courtesy of the Royal Artillery.

Entry for bikes is £5, while visitors pay £2 and kids go free.

Jennifer Campbell, Erskine’s events and corporate fundraising manager, told The Gazette: "Erskine is looking forward to welcoming back all the wonderful motorbike enthusiasts, families and supporters to the annual Erskine Motorbike Meet.

The Gazette:

"Led by Erskine Ambassador Heather Clissett and supported by our amazing volunteers, the Erskine Motorbike Meet is an unmissable family fun day that raises vital funds for our veterans.

"Thanks to our friends at DXC Technology for providing a dedicated car park for the day and also to McGill’s for providing the shuttle bus. We hope everyone will join us to enjoy this year's event."
