Renfrewshire residents who are struggling with their mental health are being urged to attend a weekly support group in Paisley.
Volunteers at Hugs have been helping local people during their meetings at music venue RocknRollas, in Wellmeadow Street, every Monday, from 7pm to 9pm.
The support group is open to anyone looking for a chat over a nice hot cuppa.

A spokesperson for Hugs said: "We as a group try to bring a smile back into your life.
"We all suffer from sorts of mental health, come along for a chat and a tea or coffee.
"Come along and be part of the family. Don't forget everyone needs a hug."
