Fitness enthusiasts will gather this weekend to take part in a special edition of Linwood Parkrun.
The seventh anniversary of the weekly 5k run will be celebrated at the ON-X sports centre on Saturday, July 8.
Cakes will be offer at the event, which is also marking the 75th anniversary of the NHS.
Those taking part are encouraged to don fancy dress or wear a piece of blue clothing.
The free event will start at 9.30am and is open to all abilities and age groups.

Evelyn Vanni, volunteer at Linwood Parkrun, said: "Parkrun is a fabulous thing and we have a great wee team and community here.
"It's great for fitness, as well as making friends and having a good chat.
"As the event coincides with the 75th anniversary of the NHS, we're trying to get as many NHS staff involved as volunteers."
