DRIVERS are being told to expect delays as a busy road in Paisley will be closed for a further two days this week.
The southbound carriageway of Hurlet Road will be shut from Grahamston Road to Barrhead Road until Thursday, August 17, at 5pm.
It will be closed to allow essential works to reinstate sections of worn high friction surfacing and repair accident damaged street lighting apparatus.
Originally, the road was set to be reopened on Tuesday, August 15, however, due to inclement weather, the works have been delayed.
A signed diversion will be in place for motorists.
