A 50-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol.
Officers were on patrol in Barochan Road in Johnstone at about 12.45am this morning (Tuesday, January 2) when they spotted a car being driven “erratically”.
Police say the vehicle was stopped, and a roadside breath test was carried out on the male driver, which “he failed.”
He is due to appear at court at a later date.
