Probe launched after attempted break-in at 'welfare club' (Image: Stock)
Police were called to a report of an attempted break-in at a premises in Renfrewshire this week.
It is believed the incident took place at Linwood Welfare and Recreational Social Club.
A Police Scotland spokesperson told the Gazette: “Officers received a report of an attempted break-in at a premises on Napier Street, Linwood which happened around 3pm on Monday, January 15, 2024.
"Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances.”
