Residential road to close for two days - Here's why (Image: Newsquest)
Drivers are set to face disruption as Bridge of Weir road closes for two days.
The road closure will take place on Craigbet Road in Bridge of Weir to allow Openreach to complete the works.
Access will not be possible between 9.30am and 3.30pm on Wednesday, January 24 and Thursday, January 25 - with the road opening on Friday, January 26.
Cars left in the area where work will take place will be moved.
A diversion will be in place taking road users from Torr Road, onto the B786 and then on Craigbet Road.
