A CHARITY which supports people affected by the drug or alcohol use of others is setting up a new weekly group in Inverclyde.

The team at Scottish Families Affected by Alcohol & Drugs are launching 'walk and talk' sessions starting on Monday May 13.

The first session has been organised to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week which runs from May 13-19.

The group is for people aged 16 and over and will be a safe space where people can get some fresh air and connect with others.

Sessions will run from 6-7pm every Monday up until September 13.

Walkers will meet on the Esplanade, just across from the Lyle Kirk.

Booking is not essential but to find out more email inverclydefss@sfad.org.uk or call 01475 302816.
