A man has died outside a premises on a busy street in Paisley.
Police say they were called to reports of a man taking unwell outside a property on Fulbar Road in the town.
The force was alerted to the incident shortly after 3pm on Monday, June 17.
999 crews raced to the scene, however, the man sadly passed away a short time later.
Currently, the force is treating the death as unexplained.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland said: "Around 3.25pm on Monday, June 17, 2024, we were made aware of a man taken unwell outside a premises on Fulbar Road, Paisley.
"Emergency services attended however he died a short time later.
"The death is being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances."
The Scottish Ambulance Service has been contacted for comment.
