Plans have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council to convert a two-storey office building into a takeaway, shop and two flats.
If approved, the takeaway and shop would be located on the ground floor of the premises at 108 Hawkhead Road in Paisley, while the flats would be on the first floor.
The proposals have been put forward by Allison Architecture on behalf of Paisley-based Lambert and Son Properties Ltd.
The application, which is currently awaiting decision, was received and validated by the council this month.
A separate planning application has also been submitted for the demolition of single-storey commercial units and the redevelopment of a yard to form a two-storey office and storage facility at the same address.
This was submitted on the same day and is also currently awaiting decision.
