Plans have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council to change a letting agency into a restaurant and hot food takeaway.
The application, which is currently awaiting decision, is for a unit at 65 Causeyside Street in Paisley.
The premises are currently home to R&J Properties.
The plans were received by the local authority at the end of August and validated yesterday (Tuesday, September 17).
The application for permission for a change of use also includes proposals to erect a flue.
