It will close for good on August 5, however, groups and clubs will run until the middle of July.
The statement read: "It is with a heavy heart that we announce the closure of the Lochwinnoch Community Annexe, effective August 5, 2025.
"Groups and clubs will continue to run until mid-July.
"After nearly 10 years of proudly serving our community, we have made the difficult decision to close our doors due to the ongoing rise in operating costs and the need to replace the heating system, which has become financially unfeasible.
"The Annexe has been a hub for countless activities, events, and connections, and it has been an honor to be a part of the life of Lochwinnoch.
"We deeply appreciate the support and involvement of everyone who has used the space over the years, and we will always cherish the memories of the vibrant community that has grown within these walls.
"This decision was not made lightly, but the financial strain and the high cost of necessary repairs have left us with no other option.
"We are committed to working with local groups and organizations to ensure a smooth transition, and we will provide more information on available alternatives as we move closer to the closure date.
"Thank you for the years of support, and for making the Annexe a place of warmth, friendship, and community.
"It has truly been a privilege to serve you."
