Brownies and guides in Renfrew looking for new members

Brownies and guides in Renfrew are looking for new members. 

Both groups meet in Kirklandneuk Community Centre between 6pm and 7.35pm on Friday evenings.

The third Renfrew Brownies are looking for children aged seven to 10, and the first Renfrew Guides are keen to add members aged between 10 and 15.

Meanwhile, two services will be held in Paisley to honour the late Pope Francis.

Bishop Keenan will celebrate mass in St Mirin's Cathedral on Tuesday, April 22 at 1pm and also 3pm on Friday, April 25.

The Vatican confirmed that the 88-year-old passed away on Monday after a battle with pneumonia.
