Braehead Dobbies offering free activities for children

Dobbies' Little Seedlings Holiday Club, aimed at entertaining youngsters during the school break, features a sensory workshop focused on the scents of summer.

The workshops taking place at the Braehead store will give kids a chance to discover how and why flowers have scents, explore fragrant herbs, and learn about the history of perfume making.

Children will also have the opportunity to mix their own petal perfume to take home.

(Image: Supplied) Taking place on various days across July and August, the session is open to children aged four to 10 years.

Families will also be able to benefit from the workshop's Kids Eat For £1 offer.

This offer applies to children under the age of 16, with each child needing to be accompanied by an adult purchasing a traditional breakfast or main course meal at lunch.

Children can choose from the kids' breakfasts, lunch menu, or pick 'n' mix meal, all of which include a drink.

The offer is available at the restaurant from Monday to Sunday from 9am.

However, hours may vary, and customers are advised to check the restaurant's opening hours.

In addition to the holiday club and meal deals, Dobbies is offering a 20% discount on a range of outdoor toys and play equipment.

This includes items such as hippo sandpits, flower pools, toddler swings, slides, activity towers, and trampolines.
