The plans would see the change of use of agricultural land to a dog exercise field with associated works comprising the erection of boundary fencing, a shelter, access and formation of a car parking area.
The site for the proposed development is on the northern boundary of Roadhead Forge on Beith Road.

It would be open between 7am and 9.30pm, and would be available for the public to book exclusively through a website, according to the applicant.
The proposal was received by Renfrewshire Council on August 26 and validated on September 4.
A consultation on the plans is open until September 30.
