A new housing development "perfect for first-time buyers" is set to open near Braehead Shopping Centre.
Ferry Grove, which is being built by Ashberry Homes, is located on Laymoor Avenue and features five individual blocks of one and two-bedroom apartments.
A range of two-bedroom terrace and three and four-bedroom homes will also be shortly be available.

Each apartment varies in floor space; however, they all feature an open-plan fitted kitchen and living area, two bedrooms, including an ensuite with the master bedroom, fitted bathroom, storage within the entrance hall and a Juliet balcony.

Prices range from £165,995 for a one-bedroom apartment to £201,995 for a two-bedroom option.
The show homes and sales office are open Thursday from 10am until 7pm, Friday and Monday from 10am until 5pm and Saturday and Sunday from 11am until 5pm.
