Paisley town centre is to be the subject of dedicated police patrols at key times after reports of anti-social behaviour.
Officers are working closely with partners from the local authority, transport sector, and British Transport Police to ensure a coordinated response that prioritises public safety and community wellbeing.
It comes after concerns were raised about youth disorder in the area.

Iain Farmer, chief inspector of the Renfrewshire Sub-division, said: “We understand the impact anti-social behaviour can have on our community.
"I have been out on patrol in the town centre and have spoken with community members and shop keepers to understand their concerns.
"I held a briefing in the town centre with officers involved in this plan.
"These additional patrols are centred around prevention , reassurance and partnership working.
"I am asking parents and carers to play their part too — know where your children/young people are, who they are with and check in with them to make sure they are keeping themselves safe.
"Help us keep our town centre safe for all."
