A popular dog-friendly event is set to return to a shop in Renfrew this Christmas.
Dobbies is set to host its beloved Santa Paws event at its Braehead and Milngavie stores from November 29 to December 24.
The event, which is specifically designed for dogs, allows pooches to meet Santa and his elves and take part in an activity around the garden centres.
Not only that, but owners will be able to capture a special picture of their pets with Santa Claus before receiving a gift.
Tickets for the event are on sale now and are priced between £10.50 and £12.50 per dog. Customers can choose to make a donation to the Dogs Trust when booking.
The dog welfare charity is said to recommend the event to owners as it gives dogs the opportunity to decompress and build their confidence in a friendly setting.

Dobbies’ events programme manager, Ayesha Nickson, says she is very excited to welcome dogs and their families to Dobbies’ stores this festive season.

Dogs are welcome at Dobbies’ Milngavie and Braehead stores and are always encouraged to join in on the festive fun.
The company hosts a monthly competition where customers can enter a photo of their dog to be in with the chance of winning a £50 gift card to use in store, and Santa Paws is an opportunity to take the perfect puppy portrait.
