Paisley Hillwalking Club (PHC) is set to host a meet and greet night this month.

The event will take place on Thursday, January 29 from 7pm to 9.30pm at Two Towns Down Brewing and Taproom on Back Sneddon Street.

PHC aims to appeal to a mixture of abilities, supporting both experienced hillwalkers and beginners.

Sunday walks are scheduled every fortnight, and the club also organises weekend meets away for members.

Other perks to joining the club include discounts on outdoor gear from places such as Summits Outdoor, Cotswold Outdoor and Mountaineering Scotland.

The first walk with PHC is membership free to allow people to get a taste for the club, with membership for the 2026 season priced at £35.
