A popular Lochwinnoch coffee spot has confirmed its shock closure after six years of serving the community.

The Little Coffee Caravan has been put up for sale, with the owners confirming on social media that "things have changed in their lives".

They thanked customers for their support and confirmed they have a "number in mind" for the business but are also "open to discussions" on any offers.

A statement on Facebook read: "It’s with a surprisingly heavy heart I write this.

"We’re done. We’re putting it up for sale. Things have changed in our lives in ways we could never have predicted 6 years ago.

"We just need to adjust and move on. I can’t even fully get my head round how different things are going to be but it’s time for a change.

"So, please share with anyone who would like to buy and take over the business or just buy the van including the coffee machine, grinder, lpg cooker, generator and everything else that comes with it.

"I think we have a number in mind but open to discussion. With much love to everyone
